1. 1. Using this website

   This page explains the general terms for using the Flymax website, asking about membership and buying a package. By using the site you agree to these terms. They are a general notice, not a personal contract, until Flymax confirms your membership.

2. 2. Membership

   Packages, prices and what is included are shown on the Packages page. A place is confirmed only after Flymax accepts your registration or payment. Access, class times and facilities can change with notice.

3. 3. Payments

   Pay only to the numbers, QR codes and bank account on the Payment page. Keep your transaction ID. Fees are for the package you choose and do not include extras unless Flymax says they do. Flymax may refuse a payment it cannot match to your name.

4. 4. Cancellations

   Ask Flymax before your package starts if you need to cancel or move your start date. Refunds, freezes and transfers follow Flymax's own rule for that package. Unused days are not refunded unless Flymax agrees in writing.

5. 5. Health and conduct

   You train at your own risk and should tell a coach about any injury or condition that affects training. Follow staff instructions, use equipment as intended and keep the floor safe for other members. Flymax can suspend access for unsafe or abusive behaviour.

6. 6. Your details

   Flymax uses the name and phone number you share to reply about membership, payment and visits. Details are not sold. Never send passwords or PINs to anyone.

7. 7. Changes

   Flymax may update these terms, prices or hours. The version on this page is the current one. Using the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
